A mate of mine many years back in WA had his private plane
he usually on flew himself or with one other
but his plane was a 6 seater- why?
Because he had great demand for it as a charter - when eg. The coppers needed to fly from Perth to somewhere for a job - a 4 seater was not usually enough - so they went for a 6 seater and there weren’t many of them about
so his charter flights - paid for all his flying hobby
