I don't think that SKI will wait till last day to commit about prepayments. Dragging it close to month end increases the risk of not meeting deadline and more unnecessary time waste with lawyers for another extension and another ASX announcement.
Anyway they are not giving money straightaway in October but only committing so that other lenders can decide.
