....because it's not about ' consumer confidence ' so much as it is about ' commercially in confidence '. Nickel started it's ' retracement ' day before yesterday and the stock was up 12.5% .....yesterday only down 7.4 % .....today 11 - 16 % ?? ....who know's but perhaps at least 8%....
