I very much doubt that Silent-Bubbles is off the mark here. Much much more likely that AUZ and team are locked in crucial near term financial negotiations with SKI, NAIF and Tier 1 lenders.
Would seem prudent in my book to forego the $475 Nickel conference fee than risk a Billion dollar deal due to disclosure (implied or perceived) during said speech or subsequent Q & A session!
Sophia alluded to this in a returned call to my partner a few Months ago in regard to media lock down so makes perfect sense
