Yep also some London brokers said they wanted the deal and it would be at least 9.5%.
Basically it is an introduction fee. You would be hard pressed to do a deal like that (as a junior) and not have to pay a fee like that.
As for the options it would be nothing to do with MCC i don't think they could care less, they now own the project payment pending i guess. They are probably more upset the area to the south was not included (don't forget that people)
