    arent you a commission based employee for your company??

    Your company should sign an agreement to receive commission payments and it is your company that should pay you together with super etc.

    Where you may get them is, if you are acting as a contractor and they are tying you up to predominantly work for them it needs to be determined if they are employing you or you are contracted??

    you need to find out if they are legitimately allowed to contract work or not and check legislation to see if they meet the requirements...

    the law on contractors / commission positions changed approx 10 years ago. one of the reasons was to stop exploitation of people predominantly working for a company and not getting paid sufficient because they paid them commission.

    Follow it through, however i reckon their out will be to say, 'our commission agents werent good enough thats why they didnt get paid enough....
