Fair work ombudsman reckons the contract was a sham contract (GOOGLE) and make another attempt at approaching the employer which i have done. My terms ere 7 days on the invoice which is next Friday.I should have been employed under a minimum awards agreement according to fair work oz.My bro is a barrister and reckons i have a good chance of winning,but do i want to invest the emotional energy pursuing $520. The point is i am sick of being fcd over by these scammers driving around in their X5 BMW'S and black Mercedes bense's while we starve. It's time people started standing up these a-holes.
