you know it very well that RE agents will say anything to you to get signed !
and 99% of owners will sign a contract with the one that promises them the most !
even if it is rediculously inflated (thats the nature of greed for ya') !
so...is the agent the only one to blame ? he wasn't the only one thats greedy here...greed is common factor here!
we should've regulated them long time ago but than we wouldn't be able to get record prices for houses through SPRUIK in the papers...or at auctions through 'walls that bid' or 'dummy bidders' or...
if your own rabid dog bites you...its not his fault...you're the one that made it that way !
