The first agent failed to convince anyone to buy the property, when veiwing an item to buy i will research in multiple locations and come across multiple sales people in that time, the one that convinces me with the best deal gets and is entitled to the commission on the sale. The law is wrong but the morality of the action is clearly wrong as well. Please please if an agent or agency engages in this dispicable practice go to a news outlet and shame them so the rest of us know who to avoid.
