could it be that the first time around house was a little more expensive than the second time around ?
house prices are falling all around Oz, you know ?
so...cocky owner finaly realises that house is not worth what he foolishly believed first time around and drops the price to less overpriced and (surprise,surprise) sell the house !
if the previous agent told the owner to drop the price and owner refused it...who's got the high MORAL ground ?
