hey guys, If I sign an exclusive agency agreement, should I cry when I renig on that agreement ? and double cross the agent I signed the agreement with ?
do you agree it is a good idea to sign a contract, and then screw it up when it suits you ? or pretend it does not exist
they brought in the contracts to avoid the double dip problem
if on the other hand they did not sign an exclusive agreement, then it is up to the agents to fight over the commission, the seller is not liable to pay it twice
