...if you ask one guy to sell your 01 commodore for 20 thousand bucks and he tries and doesn't sell it...and then you go to his competition and accept 3 thousand for it, the first guy is entitled to feel as if he worked for nothing, doesn't he ?

and in the methaphore that you use, most owners DO think that their 01 commodores ARE worth $ 20 000.00 !
