In general terms the company that supplys and makes the DMS commision the machine themselves and loms chief engineer generaly does a working coarse on trouble making/fixing,parts managment and so on,then its ticked off and LOM take over.
The same when i buy bottling lines,printing presses and so on,i guess its the same here.
Machines and commisioning are always signed off and workable when the coy's engineer is at a competant level or they are charged for each day there after.
I would not expect the DMS to not be running by 1 week,2 the most.
