While I understand that management would have done extensive metallurgical testing to the prior plant. To come out and say "a touch under 25%" from a standalone wet mill using no other forms of concentrating, from a new orebody while still under commissioning is risky.

They should just try and run the guts out of it and if it exceeds the 26% tell them to pay a higher amount.
