Amazing how some of you guys cannot interpret post content the way it is intended.

Firstly my communication to Zijin representatives is to alert them to the fact that many of us will not accept a low ball offer similar to the Genorah exit price.

I have been very clear in my post to state to Zijin that I will NOT ACCEPT an offer under 25c.

I have NOT STATED that I will accept 25c nor in fact have I stated what price I will accept.

The price calculated by an independent valuation will most likely not be the final price that we will receive from Zijin. It will be most likely an indicative high-low price range. It will be our ( Minorities) tool for negotiation. If we get to an EGM stage we will most likely be voting for the appointment of two directors who will negotiate an exit price on behalf of Minorities.

At the end of the day we can wish for whatever price we want. It will be Zijin making a final offer after intensive negotiations come interim offers. We as a group will either accept or reject that final price. No need to get excited at this stage.

Recapping.... my email is simply to alert Zijin not to waste their time with a low ball offer as it will not be accepted.
