    Hi Oilers,
    have a thought on our OIL team which we trust that they work right now still a 16 hour / 7day week despite the festive season as they just have this feel of duty to lighten the load of misery on the shoulders of the long term share holders as soon a possible. As they are all very capable people and driven by an overwhelming commitment they will succeed!
    Even if I am full of it, at least this thought keeps us in a positive mood during the slide into 2016!
