    Let's get the facts right. HGO has a 10 year mine life on current resource estimates. This may be extended if further resource identified. There is a reasonable chance that HGO will pay dividends from this year. I Cannot imagine any HGO shareholders would accept any attempt to acquire RXM in the foreseeable future.
