    Takeover offer for SNN: 4.5 CMO for every SNN share, plus 2.3 cents per SNN share.
    With SNN at 11.5c this equates to a CMO price of 2.55 cents, plus 2.3 cps in cash. If you're going to be in for the long term and are bullish on the CMO price why wouldn't you buy SNN. Its a bargain.
