i think that 45m is fake news. I'm not sure Tesla would benefit that much as it doesn't make US EVs cheaper, only makes Chinese more expensive. And if GM and Ford still can't make money then we're unlikely to see them wanting to sell many EVs. That said the 4680 would be more important to Tesla, which is where I assume our graphite is going.
