This is a very informative post. It mirrors my thinking. What has been happening is that informed individuals like ourselves have built positions in metal companies. SP action is just ourselves doing a bit of trading. The huge unwashed mass of investment money has still to discover mining stocks. This will start in late Dec and Jan.
I've just returned from a trip to Aus, not once on any TV business news did I see a mention of copper or zinc. The only commodities quoted were gold and oil.
