Or because of the falling AUD foreign speculative investors see more value as their currency buys more dollars in the lucky country. You can spin that one every which way.
I don't disagree that falling commodity prices will have an impact on many things in Australia. But I don't see it as a certain bust for property. I do think Perth is in for some trouble, may not be big trouble but prices boomed way harder than elsewhere in Oz and it is probably due for a lengthy flat period. We'll see...
