I doubt it's a leak as CER has barely moved today.
Shorts are sitting around 6.6m, which is quite a bit lower than the recent 4 week average. You'd be a brave chap or chapette to be taking a short on CNP at the mo.
More likely T+x traders unwinding positions and some downwards momentum.
