Don't know if anyone else thinks it a bit strange but Peter McMorrow sits on the Boards of both Valmec and SRG Global.
SRG is much larger but derives around 29% of its $500m annual revenue from what appears to be the same industry and geographic locations as Valmec. Seems strange to me that two companies that appear to be competitors have a common Director.
McMorrow was appointed a Director of SRG in Sep 18 and became Chairman in Nov 19. He holds 12m shares in SRG and recently bought 70k at 23.5 cents.
McMorrow was appointed a Director of Valmec in Nov 19 and now holds 461k shares, having purchased parcels in March 2020 at between 17.5 and 19 cents.
Can anyone throw any light on this?
