I would view ARD as a potential CCU in the fullness of time. Similar sort of resource isnt it? You are right about ARD and credit though. Thats the thing that worrries me the most about it. I was thinking of doubling down with it at these prices but if it never gets off the ground I will be smashed.
Might be better topping up with PGI.
