Separation of power is a structure to avoid conflict of interest, it does not guarantee an optimum outcome. You are relying on the process to justify that the outcome must be just and optimum, which cannot be true.

You are saying the 100ppm rule is a result of the separation of power, and hence it must be the best outcome, it is not. Separation of power existed long before the 100ppm rule, and it lifted the uranium ban and side lined Naaja. Did you also think that was the best outcome at that time?
