Is it not time to reflect and consider all the money of both companies wasted on legal fees and non productive time of directors and staff.
Wouldnt it have been smart for MMX to have made a takeover
of CHM a couple of years ago.
Could have been a share swap and all the wasted money been in the bank now.
I could waffle on the comments on HC have been fun but my Grandfather always said dont go to court there are no winners Except the legal boys who stretch things out as long as they can for obvious reasons.
