more information on CHM thread as a couple of posters were in the court room
From what they are saying CHM did not get a constructive trust which is a percentage of asset ( puts me in trouble for closest to the pin).
They did get an accounting for profits from MMX and also from Grimaldi judge said 10 million shares he got and sold in MMX belonged to CHM.
300 pages of judgement so both sides would be trying to work out what it means.
Costs will need to be sorted out between who pays between MMX/Grimaldi
