This is the second 'leaked' policy in a week (I wonder who leaked them).
Seems to be they're using the leaks as sounding boards ... if reaction if favourable it will become part of the election platform and if it's unfavourable, they can say it 'was only an idea anyway.'
Pretty transparent and the oldest political trick in the book but at last they are leaking sensible, big-picture ideas.
Let's hope the electorate gets rid of the current rabble and gives them the chance to implement them.
