I don't know how some can conclude that my statement about renters giving property owners advice about the property market would be seen as flaming or baiting?
I would have thought it was common sense.
How can someone who has never owned any property know more about the property market than someone who has been there many times and succeeded?
Its like a cab driver telling a professional trader what stocks to buy or sell, or a witch doctor giving a real medical doctor medical advice, or a scientologist giving scientific advice to a real scientist.
For goodness sakes, even hotcoppers own guidelines state that only professional financial advisers can give financial advice.
Common sense is the basis of my previous statement....not baiting or flaming.
