I have posted previously, that this is just a mistery.
The $0.011 condition has been met by at the end of 16/04/09. Unless the ann was prepared before 16/04/09, I can't not see any logical person (or corporate) would have made such a already-met conditionb.
Option does mean something has to be met to get them. Given that all the conditions have been made except that the directores would still be on the board on a particular, would you call it an "option" or just a "free share". The latter means that if the director is still on the board on THAT PARTICULAR DAY, he/she would enjoy $$$$$$$$. If that is the destiny, call that a "free share", not an otion.
