Totally agree with your expressed sentiments. (By the way Proffessor Ian Fraser does not receive any payment.)
It is unreasonable to expect Rogers and others to work for us without the prospect of a huge reward if they are successful - AND THEY WILL ONLY BENEFIT IF THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL. They are taking a risk like all of us except that their risk is probably much bigger.
