I totally agree hero when i first read the 1.1 cent i was a little perplexed and thought it was possibly a typing error. I had to decide then and there had the story changed or not. My answer was no. Yes i may have been thrown by the 1.1 but prr has gained much ground in that period that the directors are asking to be rewarded for it. The time they are asking for the bonus is the period i outlined im my believers and non believers post and at that time the price was .009.

Does that justify the 1.1 cent. Well i guess each must decide on their own. Maybe they could have set it higher to create confidence in shareholders but maybe they don't feel they need to. Only time will tell if they are right and shareholders will vote on it and the numbers will tell the story of what shareholders think on the 26th june. Possibly by then more solid news will come out and all will be forgotten and shareholders will be happy to vote yes for the issue.

Your right that cvac phase11b/111 trials are a long road that really hasnt been the issue here recently. The issue has been the stage at which PRR are at in the FDA process. Some are trying to say that PRR are not doing phase11b/111 trials but rather still at phase11 trials. PRR have made it clear they are applying for phase11b/111 trials and should start by mid year. Yes they will take time and yes of course there will be dilution along the way but as you say many of the hurdles have been jumped and there are more to jump, but PRR are in the final stages of a long haul with CVac. This quote sums it up in the update on the 21/4/09.
