Alan clearly announced on Aussie market tonight to get maximum exposure in the US tonight (24 hours lead time). No question in my mind. Publicity galore within the pharma industry and journals must have begun already.
Great announcement too - short, pithy, meaninful, 1 page.
May not run to $3.00 overnight - but IMO we will see with another announcement very soon a crack at this milestone (which equates to ~ $1 billion market cap).
Wait til a US insto gets on board (now we are de-risked, start manufacturing in 6-8 months and are on the negotiating band wagon).
I know one thing for sure - if Unilife is good enough for the world-leading Sanofi - it is absolutely good enough for their smaller rivals.
