    CBA also in hot water after discovering they have been underpaying staff unintentionally, amounting to 15m. They have promised to pay it all out with interest.

    wish they unintentionally forgot about my mortgage repayments...

    On a serious note, interesting to see a big bank screw up the one thing they are meant to be case experts in - Money management.
