    Unfortunately we have allowed them to create a system where they reward themselves for failure. Screw up enough and you get to relax at home on a huge pension. Its a complete farce. It's not even a popularity contest, its the opposite, it's a race to the bottom and last man standing has to hold the bag. Much like the ASX!
