ABC Learning???????? There is absolutely no comparison. AIO has tangible quality assets that will be required regardless of economic activity (albeit at a reduced level). ABC and AIO are in different industries, it is not owner operated like ABC was, they have been in the game for a long time unlike fast Eddie who grew too quick and was all hype IMHO.
