commonwealth bank phone no. down.

Hi.

I've been trying all afternoon to contact the Commonwealth Bank on their regular Phone Contact Number: 1322221.

I've got problems with their BPay system - and need to get it sorted by talking to somebody about the issue.

But - every time I ring I get the message: "Your call could not be connected. Please check the number and try again."

Does anybody know if Com Bank is having problems with their phone lines? When it might be resolved?

I'm going overseas on Monday morning and need to get some bills paid before I go.

Any comments or assistance would be appreciated.
