One thing i can't understand with Centro is , why the banks are pushing for the money, when centro has no problems keeping up with repayments . The lenders sure to have property titles to secure their money .$18bil for 700 centers is an average $25m per shopping complex . Can't see much of a risk there . This makes me thinking , that lenders expecting inflation to rise , and that will trigger interest to follow . IMO will better if the CNP/CER split , and this will give NTA to CER . Then CER may do issue 5 years bonds , and make an offer to buy CNP. 5 years later this group will have the money to move . DYOR.
