The MOU with Mauritius could not have come at a better time.  Their name will be front and centre in Mauritius when they begin the planning process for microgrids in January.

It would be more likely that the earliest grants from this and any other green climate fund will go to companies that have experience and have plans that will fit in with the types of developments that will be needed.
