As a shareholder I want to believe what you are saying. However, i get a feeling they always try to masquerade any adverse news with some false performance metrics. Two executives resigned they should come out openly what is happening and how they are going to resolve or if it is part of some strategy. Just talking about nbn sales in the same breath does not suit well for a corporate ceo. Alex seems like a yes man to board members who are trying to fire guns off his shoulders. No real strategy or initiative coming from Alex. You mentioned COO and CCO were responsible for declining share price...not sure how? They were responsible for improving client satisfaction which seems to be the only thing going in the right direction. Share price is CEO and boards responsibility.
