I agree that there needs to be some accountability on Alex's part, especially with the stupid Vonex play.
Getting to the point of trying to decide whether to stay or take the capital loss in the next month or so.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what could cause a re-rate for SWP? Not sure business as usual is going to do it.
I've always wondered if they should make a play for 5GG. SWP has a stronger business focus (excluding Moose) and 5GG is predominately residential. I'm sure there would be plenty of synergies under one listed entity.
