The problem is they do not have access to capital for any acquisition. Current major shareholders are nor supporting it. No institution seem to be interested. Their cost of delivering services is going up. Only play can be if another business acquires them. However it seems they do not have any competitive advantage in any segment which can be attractive to another business.
