Iran were keen for their sanctions to end . They require the cash from their oil exports . IMO they'll hit the ground running so to speak , and 100% of what they produce from their cheap onshore wells will be sold onto a depressed market. Rationality might not play a part.
I'll be back and consider buying late September early October.
