It would seem that way. The fact is I know Commsec have my holding as they retracted it from my account as soon as it was alloted. If they are in fact shorting Alkane with my shares then what can I do except close my account and lodge a formal complaint with ASIC.
Lets just hope we have some great news in the morning and Commsec do the right thing by their clients.
