In my view ADY weakness down to a number of factors including, but not limited to...
- unclear if ADY has all necessary bank funding confirmed; and it is getting harder to obtain.
- sheer number of shares on issue (soon to be resolved)
- ADY not yet producing lithium or potash, though hopefully only a few months away.
- will lithium price stay high. Unclear to me if other producers can ramp up production at short notice to fill any increased demand.
- general market nervousness re "specs"
- everyone knows that mining shares, incl ADY, will get smashed the next time Wall St tanks, which at the moment is every few days...
Conclusion - may well be considerable period before SP settles
