I've just lodged a complaint and their response so far has been pretty pathetic.
Firstly they said that phone orders were working at the time so too bad.
Then they said to tell them the order and they'll place it for me now.
I tried to tell them that phone lines were clogged, websites were down and stocks had since risen and fallen and that the various trading opportunities had gone.
The girl was polite but seemed hopelessly under qualified to deal with such a complaint.
I said that in this modern time with the service they were offering, problems like this morning's one simply could not happen. I said that various Public Forums were threatening legal action and that if I did not get some form of satisfactory response from them, I would be joining it.
She said someone would ring me back in 24-48 hours.
