    CommSec have stuffed plenty of mine before so I gave them the flick and went elsewhere. I wasn't surprised to read that ASIC sued CommSec for $27m a few months ago including for failing to comply with their Best Execution Policies. Maybe you need to get in touch with ASIC if you think they've ripped you off.
