Several brokers who offer CHESS also offer low brokerage. It's probably against the HC rules to recommend any specific brokers, so I can only provide clues as to what researches might prove most fruitful for you. Some trading platforms are much better than others. Each individual trader has their own preferences. For example, the requirements of frequent traders mean that for frequent traders some platforms are much more (un)suitable than others.

I suggest having a look at brokers who offer a free trial demo account (so that you can try before you buy), and CHESS if you open a real account, and who have brokerage fees that start at around $5.

You can have more than one broker with a different CHESS HIN for each, so there is no real excuse for sticking 100% with just one broker (not even the excuse of OCD). Using two brokers at the same time is the best way to compare them. You may find that the optimum solution is to have more than one broker because then you can get the best of what each of them has to offer.
