I have recently registered for CommSec options trading.
I am not sure what i'm doing wrong here, maybe someone can explain?
Ignore the codes below, they are just option codes for testing - I do not have have any vested interest in or have any thoughts about these codes. They are purely examples.
I put in the code of an option, but CommSec says invalid code for order type?
But if I search IMUO under Quotes, it comes up.
There is a buy button like I can buy regular shares.
I thought you could call/put an option without having to buy an option first.
It seems that some other options work, like: IFLBL9
Have I got this all mixed up?
Why is commsec not allowing me to trade this option?
