Hi everyone,
Do you experience a delay with your order with commsec using either PT1 or PT2? The delay can vary from 30s to 3-4 minutes.
I have made a complaint to commsec and have been told everyone are subjected to the same condition. After a first trade, subsequence trades are required to be vested by a human before releasing to the market.
I thought with the Pro system all orders should go directly to the market.
Appreciate your comments.
